The WLF Experience

WLF is a leadership development experience and private network dedicated to partnering with women lawyers to create sustainable success in work and life.

Unique in the legal industry, WLF’s approach was inspired by a very successful corporate model in which CEOs and other top executives meet on a regular basis to learn new skills, share challenges, and help each other become more successful.

We offer a holistic professional development experience that integrates three key elements: a sophisticated leadership curriculum, a hand-curated community of peers, and master-level coaching to achieve transformative and lasting results.

Our program begins with the premise that leadership is fundamentally about leading your life.  Our participants learn, practice and embody new behaviors in critical areas such as business development, executive presence, leadership communication, productivity, and resilience. We provide the forum for participants to empower each other to be strategic about their career and life.

“For me, WLF was about finding my tribe without even realizing I was looking for or needing one.  It was powerful to hear my peers going through similar professional experiences and figuring out together how best to navigate these situations authentically as individuals.”
