Who We Are

For each member of our team, women’s leadership is both a passion and a personal journey.  The values of courage, transformation, connection, self-efficacy, and contentment drive our philosophy about women’s leadership and guide how we work on our own personal growth, as a team, and with our clients.  We are committed to deep subject matter expertise and to seamless client experiences.

Our Founder

“I founded WLF in 2009 because I saw first-hand how challenging big law can be for women lawyers. I wanted to create an experience for women that would be empowering, transformational — and offer a path for greater success and fulfillment in both work and life.”
